Key information
The School day & Term dates
The school begins at 8:50am and finishes at 3:10pm, therefore the pupils' week is 31 hours and 40 minutes long. Our term dates are listed here.
Contacting your Child’s Teacher
We encourage all parents to correspond with classroom staff via the home-school link book. You are welcome to phone the school office for information on 0203 829 4690 ; however we will not be able to put your call through to the classroom unless it is an emergency. This is to minimise disruption to our pupils learning.
School Meals
We encourage all of our pupils to enjoy a healthy and balanced diet and recommend our school meals which have fresh fruit and salad on offer every day. All meals are Halal and vegetarian options are always available.
School meals are free for all EYFS and Key Stage One pupils and are available to Key Stage Two pupils at a charge of £10.00 per week; which must be paid one week in advance to the school office. If you require free school meals please request a form from the school office.
If your Child has specific dietary requirements please ensure they are stated clearly on the Pupil Information Sheet enclosed. For some dietary requirements, such as Gluten Free, we may require a doctor’s note to allow the canteen to cater for your child.
Packed Lunch
If you choose to send your child to school with a packed lunch we request the meal is part of a healthy and balanced diet. Please do not include unhealthy snacks such as chocolate and crisps.
School Transport
The Local Authority organise and run the school transport system, you will need to speak to them directly to apply/arrange your child’s transportation needs. All enquiries should be directed to Mr Duncan Matthews (Independent Programme Manager) at the Brent Transport on 020 8937 6786.
