Jayne has been working in education for over 30 years, during which time she has worked in primary, secondary, and all age schools within the maintained and independent sectors. Working with schools where rapid change is required is a challenge she enjoys and she has successfully led her schools to be working within the outstanding category.

Jayne is a Lead Ofsted inspector, and also works with schools as an independent school improvement adviser. Her areas of specialism include special educational needs, autism, assessment, leadership and management, and governance.

As an aspirational practitioner her aim is for every child to be taught in an intrinsically motivating manner to ensure maximum engagement and learning. She is also very focussed on growing and supporting school leaders of the future and believes that 'everyone is a learner, everyone is a leader'
